Nizhnekamskneftekhim launched the production of solid polyethylene glycol

the production of solid polyethylene glycol (TPEG) has begun.
TPEG is used as a viscosity regulator, antistatic agent, softener, gelatinizing, granulating and tableting excipients in the ceramic, rubber industry. The substance is also used for the dissolution of liquid medicines, the production of suppositories, ointments and tablets.
New equipment — a crystallization unit, as well as a robotic product packaging line. Finished TPEG is packed in thick three-layer paper bags with a capacity of 25 kilograms. In the future, it is planned to use polypropylene big bags up to 1000 kilograms for packaging solid polyethylene glycol.
