Hydrogen sulfide removal unit for associated petroleum gas was modernized at the Minnibayevsky Gas Processing Plant

At the Minnibay Central Separation Station (CPS) of PJSC "Tatneft" work was completed on the modernization of the column K-200/1 of the installation for the purification of petroleum gas from hydrogen sulfide. As a result of the work performed, the column's gas capacity was increased by 30% and amounted to 157 million cubic meters per year. The work was carried out as part of the next stage of the reconstruction of the Minnibayevsky gas processing plant by the engineering company "Gazsurf".
PJSC "Tatneft" plans to complete the main program for the modernization of the Minnibaevsky GPP in 2025. The second stage of the reconstruction of the enterprise is planned until 2022. Until that time, work should be carried out at gas drying and purification units, low-temperature condensation, HFC-2, HFC-3000 and a number of other facilities.
