Director General of LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC appointed Alexander Ivanov. Previously, this position was held by Vladimir Zyazin. This appointment was made as part of the planned rotation of executives of the oil refineries of the LUKOIL Group. The decision to appoint a new CEO came into force on October 12, 2019.

Alexander Ivanov was born in 1972.
Graduated from the Volgograd State Technical University, the North Caucasus State Technical University, and the Russian State University of Oil and Gas. THEM. Gubkin.
During his career, he went from a 4th grade process pump operator at the Volgograd Oil Refinery to the company's chief engineer. He worked as the head of the oil and petrochemical production shop, led the department of industrial safety and ecology. In 2012 he became the first deputy general director of – Chief Engineer of the Volgograd Refinery.
Since 2017, he has held the position of Chief Engineer - First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OOO LUKOIL Neftokhim Burgas; in Bulgaria.
