Irkutsk Oil Company is building a complex for liquefied hydrocarbons

The Krasnoyarsk branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia has approved the construction of a complex for receiving, storing and shipping stable gas condensate and expanding a complex for receiving, storing and shipping liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHG) in the Ust-Kutsky district of the Irkutsk region.
The sites being designed are designed to expand the production infrastructure for the storage and shipment of gas raw materials from the fields of the Irkutsk Oil Company (INC). The cargo turnover of the complex for the shipment of LPG will amount to 977.3 thousand tons per year. The performance of the complex for the shipment of stable gas condensate – 440 thousand tons per year. The developer is INK, a design organization – Ukrainian Oil and Gas Institute.
It is planned to reconstruct the site of the complex for storage and shipment of LPG, including the construction of eight ball tanks with a volume of 600 cubic meters, an odorization unit, an additional fire pumping station and the reconstruction of a two-way railway loading rack. At the projected site of the stable gas condensate complex, three surface steel vertical tanks with a volume of 3 thousand cubic meters, a pumping and a two-way railway loading rack for 24 loading devices will be built.
