After the audit, the transport prosecutor submitted a proposal to eliminate violations of the law to the management of the oil refinery, and then, due to his inaction, went to court. The first instance did not support his position. But after the review of the case by the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Samara Regional Court, the management of the plant was ordered to organize a raid for the parking of oil tankers and carry out work to ensure the safe operation of the berth.
The execution of the court decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
