In 2020, the construction of a complex for the production of Euro-5 gasoline at the Novoshakhtinsk refinery will begin

"Second stage — construction of a deep oil refining complex — is estimated at 100 billion rubles, the implementation period is five years. The third stage — until 2030, the construction of treatment facilities, it will go in parallel with the second, — the governor noted, adding that as a result of the implementation of all projects, about 1 thousand jobs will be created.

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the authorities of the Rostov region signed an agreement with Yug Energo; on the development of the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant. The volume of investments under the agreement is planned in the amount of 177 billion rubles.

Novoshakhtinsk plant plans to produce about 717 thousand tons per year of Euro-5 grade 92, 95 gasoline, as well as about 2 million tons of commercial diesel.
