LUKOIL will produce propylene at the Nizhny Novgorod Refinery

Oil company LUKOIL has made an investment decision to build a site for the production of propylene at the Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery.
for 500 thousand tons. We have our own raw materials, including this will be designed for export", — says Vagit Alekperov.
The volume of investments is preliminary estimated at $1 billion. The launch of the new production is scheduled for 2023.
