Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to impose a moratorium on new measures of state support for the development of oil fields until the completion of their inventory, according to a message on the Kremlin website.
The instruction was given following the results of the meeting on the issue of stimulating the oil industry, which took place on July 10, 2019.
