Orsk Refinery plans to allocate more than 13 million rubles to the implementation of the Personnel Training and Development Program in 2019

In 2019 Orsk Oil Refinery, a subsidiary of ForteInvest JSC will allocate more than 13 million rubles for retraining and certification of its employees. More than 1,000 people are to be trained.
The training program for managers, specialists and employees is carried out in two directions: technical and non-technical. The main institutes for advanced training will be the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin, the Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Ural Branch) and the St. Petersburg Energy Institute for Advanced Studies.
Education workers are planned to be carried out in three areas: retraining, related professions and rank advancement. Compared to 2017, almost three times. This year, more than 60 employees of the enterprise will receive higher education in the oil profile.
In 2018, more than 12.7 million rubles were spent on the implementation of the Orsk Refinery Personnel Training and Development Program . A total of 1,417 people were trained in the previous year.
The employee training program implemented annually at the Orsk Refinery, – this is a strategic long-term project to create a successful, steadily growing enterprise, this is a recognized need that allows the plant not only to create a highly qualified personnel reserve, but also to use the potential it has received to develop production, increase competitiveness and productivity.
