«Increasing the share of ownership in the Polyom enterprise" — an important step in the implementation of the long-term strategy of Gazprom Neft, one of the key areas of which is the development of petrochemicals. The integration of assets in the oil refining and petrochemicals segment will make it possible to increase the efficiency of using raw materials from our refineries to produce high value-added products, while strengthening the technology partnership of Gazprom Neft with SIBUR will ensure the competitive advantages of products in the Russian and international markets", — noted the director of the commercial directorate of Gazprom Neft; Levan Kadagidze.
« SIBUR is actively developing its polymer business, taking into account the fact that the demand for polymers in Russia and in the world continues to grow at a rate that outpaces the growth of the global economy. Synthetic materials, due to their superior properties, continue, on the one hand, to displace traditional materials, on the other hand, to help society discover new opportunities in transport, medicine, robotics and other fields. Acquisition of a larger stake in Polyom LLC will allow us, while continuing to sell the company's products, to focus on its development. SIBUR has unique expertise in expanding the brand range of polymers and meeting the needs of processors in various industries, offering the market the best product solutions. In addition, I express my gratitude to the Group of Companies "Titan" for many years of successful interaction», — Sergey Komyshan, Member of the Management Board, Executive Director of SIBUR, stressed.
in the field of construction of complex industrial facilities, the level of technological solutions and organization of production made the Omsk polypropylene plant attractive for the largest companies in Russia — "Gazprom Neft" and SIBUR. "Polyom" is equipped with reliable production process control systems, which allows it to produce a product that meets all the requirements of the world's leading manufacturers of polymer products. I note that the Group of Companies „Titan“ will continue to develop its own industrial site, including the creation of a production complex, aimed at increasing the depth of processing of hydrocarbon raw materials with the release of a wide range of import-substituting products of organic synthesis. "Gazprom Neft" and SIBUR remain strategic partners of the company within the framework of both existing production facilities and new projects”, — noted the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "GC "Titan" Mikhail Sutyaginsky.
