PJSC "Gazprom" continues to reform the system of supply and capital construction

As part of the reform to switch to turnkey construction and renovation contracts; "Gazprom" will add to its new "daughter", a single contractor "Gazstroyprom", two unprofitable structures. At the suggestion of the curator of the financial and economic activities of Gazprom Famila Sadigova by the beginning of 2020, it is planned to transfer to this contractor "Gazprom" a complete set of and Gazprom Tsentrremont. This follows from Sadigov's letter, sent to the board of directors of "Gazprom" Alexey Miller. RBC has a draft letter, its authenticity was confirmed by a Gazprom employee.

Losses & laquo;Gazprom equipmentВ» and "Gazprom Tsentrremont" at the end of 2018 amounted to 4.8 billion rubles. (2.73 billion and 2.06 billion rubles, respectively), follows from a letter from a top manager. Losses continue to grow: for example, the budget of "Gazprom bundling" for 2019 was formed "with a negative financial result of 3.56 billion rubles", and the budget of "Gazprom Tsentrremont" not approved yet. Representative of "Gazprom" did not respond to RBC's request.

"Gazprom komplektatsiya" is a supplier of material and technical resources (from large diameter pipes to building materials) for Gazprom; and his "daughters", it ensures the construction of the largest gas pipelines and field development. And "Gazprom Tsentrremont" unites seven key "daughters" associated with the repair, capital construction and reconstruction of gas pipelines, underground gas storage facilities, gas distribution stations
