Government approves construction of NOVATEK's LNG terminal in Murmansk

In December, at a meeting in Sabetta, the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Evgeny Dietrich asked Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to instruct the Ministry of Finance to provide funding sources for the construction of offshore LNG transshipment facilities in Murmansk and Kamchatka. According to the minister, the construction of such a complex in the Murmansk region is estimated at 70.1 billion rubles, the capacity is 20.9 million tons per year.
