We consider it necessary to report the following. According to the structure of NC Kazmunaigas JSC, S. Mynbaev is directly subordinated to: 1. Executive Vice President for Oil Production, Exploration and Oilfield Services (Member of the Management Board); 2. Executive Vice President for Transportation, Processing and Marketing (Member of the Board); 3. Executive Vice President for Gas Transportation and Marketing (Member of the Management Board); 4. Executive Vice President for Finance - Financial Director (Member of the Management Board); 5. Senior Vice President for Transformation (Member of the Board); 6. Vice President for Legal Support (Member of the Management Board); 7. Vice President for Human Resource Management (Member of the Board); 8. Vice President for Health and Safety; 9. Vice President for Strategy; 10. Structural unit for investment and risk management; 11. Structural subdivision of the security service. Of these, 7 managers are members of the Board.
