Alexander Romanov has been appointed Vice President for Oil Refining at OAO NK Rosneft. Previously, he held various positions at Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (a subsidiary of Slavneft), worked at Taif, was the general director of the Saratov Oil Refinery (owned by TNK-BP From March 2013 to November 2014, Igor Pavlov was Vice President for Refining and Petrochemistry, who was then appointed General Director of the Angarsk Petrochemical Company.
