Konstantin Ilkovsky has been appointed Acting Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Konstantin Konstantinovich Ilkovsky, deputy of the State Duma of the sixth convocation (2011-2016), former general director of AK " Yakutskenergo".

Born on January 12, 1964 in the village of Batagay, Verkhoyansk District, YASSR, in the family of a teacher and a doctor.

In 1986 he graduated Leningrad Mining Institute named after G.V. Plekhanov with a degree in mining engineer-geologist.
In 1994 he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, having received the qualification of a manager of the highest category.

In 2011 - director of LLC AK "Yakutskoye".
In December 2011, he was elected to the State Duma of the sixth convocation.
Member of the Fair Russia faction. Elected according to the regional list from the Republic of Buryatia, nominated by the Just Russia party.
Member of the State Duma Energy Committee.

Honored Worker of the National Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Sakha ( Yakutia) in the field of material production.
Repeatedly was included in the list of "1000 most professional managers in Russia". Laureate of the IX All-Russian competition "Career-2002" in the nomination "Stability and Development", the owner of the special award of Peter the Great, the award "Russian National Olympus".

He was elected a deputy of the village council, district council. He was a member of the committee on economic, investment and industrial policy, the committee on housing and communal services, as well as the committee on agrarian policy and land use.
