Board of Directors of OJSC "LUKOIL" reduced the composition of the board of the company from 16 to 15 people, removing Vladimir Mulyak from it.
Vladimir Mulyak is the General Director of LLC "LUKOIL-Engineering" and holds the post of Vice President for Science and Technology of the Exploration and Production business segment.
