A new Board of Directors of OAO NGK Slavneft was elected

At the extraordinary general meeting held on February 21, 2013, the shareholders of OAO NGK Slavneft elected a new Board of Directors of the company, which included:
1. Baranov Vitaly Vitalievich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Deputy General Director of JSC "Gazprom Neft" on organizational issues;
2. Drobyshev Dmitry Sergeevich – Director of Finance and Operations of the AAP Consortium;
3. Dyukov Alexander Valerievich – Chairman of the Board, General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft
4. Malcolm Lorna Taryn – Manager, Head of Financial Department, BP Exploration Operating Company Limited (Great Britain) branch in St. Moscow;
5. Polovets Stanislav – Chief Managing Director of the AAP Consortium;
6. Sloan Richard Scott – President of BP Russia, Branch of the limited liability company BP Exploration Operating Company Limited (UK) in Moscow;
7. Khan German Borisovich – Executive Director of OJSC TNK-BP Management
8. Cherner Anatoly Moiseevich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft for logistics, processing and sales;
9. Yakovlev Vadim Vladislavovich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, First Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft
10. Yankevich Alexey Viktorovich – Member of the Management Board, Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft Economics and Finance.
