By order of the Governor of the Tula Region V. Gruzdev, Pyotr Koshelnikov was appointed to the post of Deputy Governor of the Tula Region for a period until September 15, 2011.
Petr Ivanovich Koshelnikov was born on July 2, 1969 in Gaysin, Vinnytsia region.
In 1992 he graduated from the Higher Border School, in 2008 - the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
From 1987 to 2004 - service in the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.
From 2004 to 2011 - Assistant to the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
In 2011 - Deputy General Director of the Rosinka company Moscow city.
Since 2011 - Deputy Governor of the Tula Region.
Has awards: Order of Courage, medal "For Courage", medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree, medal of the Order "For Services to the Fatherland" I degree.
