By decree of the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, Vladimir Balabanov was appointed to the position of Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the press service of the region reported. Let us recall that V. Balabanov, before his appointment, served as Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Balabanov Vladimir Aleksandrovich was born in 1968 in Ufa.

Graduated from Moscow Commercial University, served in the Soviet Army.

From 1989 to 1993 worked at various oil production and repair enterprises as an operator and mechanic.

In 1993-1995. - accountant, deputy chief accountant of Miko-Bank.

In 1995-2004. - in leading positions at Uralsib Bank

In 2004-2005. - Financial Director of JSC Salavatsteklo, part-time JSC UZEMIK

From 2005 to 2010. - Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of CJSC Rus-Bank,
