By order of the Governor of the Ryazan Region Oleg Kovalev, Oleg Bulekov was appointed Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Ryazan Region, the press service of the region reported. Until recently, Oleg Kovalev worked as chairman of the regional committee for the development of entrepreneurship, consumer market and services.
