Sergey Trifonov was appointed Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region

By decree of the Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev, Sergey Fedorovich Trifonov was appointed to the public position of Deputy Head of Administration (Governor) of the Rostov Region, the press service of the region reported. Sergey Trifonov will oversee issues of industry, energy, territorial development and housing and communal services of the Rostov region.

Sergey Trifonov was born in the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region of the Republic Ukraine.

Has a higher military and technical education.

In 1994-2004 held the position of General Director of CJSC "Promenergokomplekt" and CJSC "Promtyazhmashinzhiniring", Moscow.

From 2004 to 2010. worked as General Director of OJSC TYAZHMASH, Syzran.

Since 2010 – Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region.

Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Reserve Lieutenant Colonel.

Has state and government awards.
