Vladimi Putin signed a decree on the appointment of a new Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. It was Oleg Fomichev. Oleg Vladislavovich Fomichev was born in 1977.
In 1998 he graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University, and in 2000 from State University – Higher School of Economics.
Since 1999, he worked at the Ministry of Economic Development, where he held the position of leading specialist in the consolidated analytical department, and. O. Head of the Department of Economic Development Programs, Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Development Programs and Cooperation with International Financial Organizations.
Since 2008, he served as Director of the Department of Strategic Management and Budgeting MAYOR.
