Governor of the Ryazan region Oleg Kovalev accepted the resignation of the Minister of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services of the region Vitaly Artemov in connection with his appointment to the post of head of the administration of Ryazan, the press service of the region reported.
