Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Georgy Petrov headed the Union of Oil Exporters (SONEC), replacing the retired Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia) Ivan Materov. The general meeting of SONEC took place in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Ilyinka. Let us recall that before Ivan Materov, Valery Yazev and Boris Nemtsov worked as chairman of SONEC.
