Board of Directors of "Lukoil" invites shareholders at an extraordinary meeting on December 4 to approve a deal to make a cash contribution to the authorized capital of Lukoil International in the amount of 6.2 billion euros, according to the materials of the company in the meeting.

According to the materials, an additional cash contribution of 6.2 billion euros is being made in order to increase the authorized capital of the company by 150 thousand euros, with an increase in the nominal value of the share of PJSC Lukoil; for 150 thousand euros. After making an additional contribution, the nominal value of the share of PJSC "Lukoil" in the authorized capital of Lukoil International GmbH will amount to 300 thousand euros.
Lukoil through his foreign daughter — Lukoil International Upstream Holding BV — won a tender for block 12 offshore the Gulf of Mexico. In three more blocks, which Eni won at the same auction, Lukoil entered as a partner. In these projects, Lukoil has non-operator share.
