Composition of shareholders of OJSC "Sibneftemash" (Tyumen) has changed. Sergey Chistilov reduced the share of 96.74% of ordinary shares owned by him to 15.26%.
The company's shareholders became Valentina Schaufler, a member of the board of directors of the company who did not previously own shares - 26.34%; Nikolay Lukyanov - 18.38%, First Deputy General Director (member of the Board of Directors) Alexander Kucheryavyi - 14.51%; chief accountant of JSC Natalya Yabrova - 9.67%; Head of the logistics department Ivan Varkentin - 4.84%.
