Uraltekhnostroy Corporation supplied pumping stations to OJSC Rosneft

From the production sites of Uraltekhnostroy Corporation LLC two sets of modular cluster pumping stations (BCPS) were shipped for one of the largest production divisions of OJSC Rosneft - LLC "RN-Yuganskneftegaz". Each of the sets of equipment for the reservoir pressure maintenance system (RPM), in addition to the BKNS, includes the following technological and auxiliary equipment:
water distribution units, wash water pumping stations, drainage pump units, control room units, workshop units, corrosion inhibitor dosing units and capacitive equipment.
Each BKNS is equipped with five pumping units of the TsNS 240-1900 type, as well as GRUNDFOS booster pumping units to ensure cavitation-free operation of the main pumps. The CNS pumping units for this project are manufactured in a special design that provides increased (2,100 m) outlet pressure.
All equipment is manufactured in a block-modular design, ensuring convenient transportation to the installation site, as well as installation in a short time.
