Aisors and Rubitech have completed compatibility tests of automated process control solutions

Rubitech Group and Aisors conducted functional and load tests of the Automated Process Control System and the Virtual Controller software. The testing took place at the Group&s laboratory under load conditions typical of vertically integrated oil companies.

PAK Automated control system TP Rubitech is designed for automation of oil refining plants, compressor stations of main gas pipelines and pumping stations. The virtual controller provides control over OPC UA and Modbus TCP protocols with hot redundancy — in case of failure of the main module, the backup takes control without stopping the technological process.

The tests confirmed the stability of real-time data processing and the execution of online commands. Redundancy of communication lines, hot migration of virtual machines, and fault protection have been checked. The system has been tested in a configuration with EdgeParser and CFM for data exchange.
