The Neftegazsnab-2026 conference brought together the heads of ITOs of oil and gas companies and equipment suppliers

On March 26, the XX Annual conference "Supply in the Oil and Gas Complex" (Neftegaznab-2026) was held at the Moscow Hotel Continental. The event is organized by the Moscow Oil and Gas Conferences company.

Neftegaznab is a platform for direct dialogue between the heads of MTO services of the largest oil and gas companies and equipment suppliers.

The conference brought together representatives of key companies in the oil and gas industry вЂ“ Rosneft, Gazprom Neft, Gazprom UGS, Tatneft, SIBUR, TAIF NK, INK-Synergy, Zarubezhneft, MIC-Oil, Sakhalin Energy, KINEF and others. The main focus was on the practical aspects of managing the risks of MTR supplies, logistics in the face of sanctions, digital transformation of procurement and interaction with suppliers. The participants noted the growing role of integrated contracts, the use of AI and robots in procurement, as well as the transition of machine builders to integrated offers for oil companies. Much attention was paid to the topics of reverse engineering, supplier selection, and optimization of interaction through platforms like Effect. Speakers from Gazprom Neft and Zarubezhneft shared their experience of alternative logistics routes and automating market analysis for supply stability.

Within the framework of the event, a meeting of the heads of ITO services of oil and gas companies "Improving the efficiency of procurement in an oil and gas company" was held. The participants discussed the tools of digital transformation: automatic market analysis, services for building a database of suppliers and price analytics. Special attention was paid to the practical experience of using robots in procurement and the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence. The experts also discussed issues of effective inventory management, approaches to contracting price list contracts and the development of contract management. Educational platforms for professional training in the field of logistics and the problems of coordinating interaction between customers and manufacturers were considered separately.
