Gazpromneft-Orenburg: 60 million tons of hydrocarbons and contribution to the development of the region

For 14 years of operation (since 2011), Gazpromneft-Orenburg has produced more than 60 million tons of hydrocarbons, of which over 34 million tons are oil. This was reported by the press service of Gazpromneft-Orenburg. The company, which is one of the leaders of the Orenburg region in hydrocarbon production, technological efficiency and digitalization of production, is developing 10 fields, the largest of which are the Eastern section of the Orenburg field, Tsarichanskoye, Filatovskoye and Kapitonovskoye.

Digitalization and environmental friendliness:

Gazpromneft-Orenburg has implemented a digital drilling and production monitoring system that ensures the environmentally friendly and efficient operation of more than 900 wells, hydrocarbon treatment plants and other infrastructure facilities. Modernization of production and innovative decarbonization solutions have led to impressive results: the level of utilization of associated gas in the Eastern section of the Orenburg field has reached 99%, and in general, for all fields of the enterprise – more than 96%.

Social responsibility:

In addition to achieving significant results in hydrocarbon production, Gazpromneft-Orenburg is actively involved in the development of the region&s social sector. Within the framework of Gazprom Neft&s Hometowns social investment program, more than 600 initiatives of local residents have been implemented for almost 14 years. The company supported the renovation of dozens of sports, culture, education and recreation facilities, and also contributed to the creation of public and creative venues in Orenburg, such as the Essen courtyard of the Governor&s Museum of Local Lore and the art space in the courtyard of the Regional Museum of Fine Arts.
