Intratul, a company specializing in industrial monitoring solutions, has completed three pilot industrial tests of its Intravisor-VPM system. This system is designed to control furnaces operating at temperatures up to 1350в„ѓ, and has been tested at Russian oil refineries. According to the company&s management, the feedback from the enterprises was positive, which led to an increase in the number of requests in the oil and gas sector and increased cooperation with leading players in the petrochemical industry.
"We have received wonderful feedback from oil and gas companies, and the number of requests has increased significantly. We are currently actively negotiating with the largest petrochemical companies and are preparing a schedule for new tests at three additional plants," said Nikolai Zaplatkin, Director of the Industrial Monitoring Systems Department at Intratul Group.
Serial production of the system is scheduled for spring 2026. By this time, the company plans to obtain all the necessary certificates, including the explosion protection certificate and the CT-1 form, complete the development of its own software, conduct field tests, patent the product and present a prototype assembled on the basis of Russian components.
In addition, the Intravisor-VPM system will be in demand not only in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, but also among producers of mineral fertilizers and methanol, as well as in the glass and metallurgical industries. In the latter, Intratul is developing versions of a water-cooled system.
"Metallurgy is of particular interest to us, as monitoring solutions based on conventional cameras are already being implemented here, and we see significant potential for development in this area," noted the management of the Intratul company.
