Gazprom Neft's subsidiaries have announced significant changes in their management. Information about this appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities database in January of this year.
There has been a change at the head of GPN-Razvitie - Vladimir Krupenikov has taken Aidar Sarvarov's place. In turn, the director's chair of Gazpromneft-Zapolyarye, where Krupenikov previously worked, was temporarily taken by Maxim Fedorov. The changes in the top management were dated January 20.
The company "GPN-Razvitie" specializes in the management of large-scale oil and gas projects. The area of responsibility includes the development of new fields and the creation of the necessary infrastructure in the territories of Western and Eastern Siberia.
The Gazpromneft-Zapolyarye division is active in several regions of Russia at once. Among them are Yakutia, the Irkutsk Region, the Orenburg Region and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Particular attention is paid to the development of the oil-bearing Chonsky cluster. The company also interacts with PJSC Gazprom under a system of long-term risky operator agreements. Initially, the focus was on oil rims, now the basis of the work is complex multicomponent deposits.
Aidar Sarvarov's career path in the Gazprom Neft structure began in 2011 with the management of Noyabrskneftegaz. Later, he participated in the development of the Messoyakha project, headed the Messoyakhaneftegaz joint venture, created jointly with Rosneft. Since 2019, he has been heading GPN-Razvitie.
Vladimir Krupenikov also has extensive experience in the company. He oversaw the launch of the oil loading terminal in Novy Port and was involved in the development of various types of fields - from oil rims to Achimov and Neocomian-Jurassic deposits. Since 2018, he has headed Gazpromneft-Zapolyarye, implementing projects within the framework of a partnership with Gazprom.
These personnel changes reflect the company's strategy to optimize the management of key assets and enhance operational efficiency in difficult geological conditions.
