Former Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Snikkars, who left the Ministry of Energy in September last year, has been appointed CEO of PJSC T Plus. CEO Alexander Vilesov worked at the company for about a year.
PJSC T Plus (until 2015, OJSC Volzhskaya TGK) is the largest Russian private company operating in the electric power and heat supply sectors. It is controlled by the Renova Group and Viktor Vekselberg. The group unites a number of generating, distribution, and repair and service assets. In T Plus includes 53 power plants, including 51 thermal power plants and 2 hydroelectric power plants.
