Rosatom State Corporation, Transmashholding (TMH) and Delo Group co-owner Sergey Shishkarev have agreed to consolidate the logistics assets owned by the parties and create a joint company. This was reported to Vedomosti by two sources close to different parties to the deal, and was confirmed by a Rosatom representative.

One of the sources clarified that an agreement of intent to exchange assets was concluded between them. It is assumed that TMH will receive Rosatom's stake in UK Delo, and Rosatom is a stake in TMH. But there are still a lot of corporate procedures and approvals ahead, the source clarifies.

At the first stage, TMH will buy out 1% in the Delo group, and Rosatom's share will remain unchanged - 49%. In 2025, the parties plan to merge all logistics assets, determine the business model and management system of the future company, the sources say.

The press service of TMH declined to comment. Vedomosti also sent a request to the Delo group, where Shishkarev has 51%.

The goal of the merger is the formation of a national leader in the Russian transport and logistics market and one of the leading players in international logistics, including the operator of new international transport and trade corridors, one of the sources clarifies.
