The Board of Directors of PJSC Gazprom took note of the information on the preliminary results of the company's operations in 2024, the forecast of the investment program and budget (financial plan) for 2026-2027.
The Board of Directors approved the investment program and budget (financial plan) of PJSC Gazprom for 2025. The investment program indicators have not changed compared to the version approved by the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom in November of this year.
The total funding for the investment program for 2025 will amount to RUB 1,523.7 billion.
The approved financial plan is balanced, ensures the achievement of PJSC Gazprom's strategic goals and coverage of all obligations without a deficit, in full. Decisions on attracting borrowed funds under the Borrowing Program are planned to be made based on market conditions, liquidity and PJSC Gazprom's need for financing.

PJSC Gazprom's investment program for 2025 provides funds for financing priority projects. These include: further development of gas production centers in the East of Russia and the Yamal Peninsula, gasification of Russian regions, expansion of the capacity of the Power of Siberia trunk gas pipeline, Gazprom's gas processing complex, as well as the Eastern Gas Supply System Trunk Gas Pipeline System project and projects that ensure peak gas balance.
