JSC NPP Burservis buys LLC Nafta Drilling Company

JSC NPP Burservis has filed a petition with the FAS Russia to acquire Nafta Drilling Company LLC. It is known that the Russian assets of the American oilfield services company Halliburton were transferred to Burservis.

JSC Research and Production Enterprise Burservis was founded in 2005. Burservis is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of equipment and tools for drilling and overhaul of oil and gas wells. The company's production facilities are located in Ufa, the central office is located in Moscow, the company's representative offices are located in all oil and gas producing regions of Russia and abroad.

OOO "Nafta Drilling Company" was founded in 2018. Provides drilling services throughout Russia. Production facilities are located in the cities of Nefteyugansk, Pyt-Yakh. Total number of drilling crews: 4, all employees have the appropriate category, admission, and undergo advanced training courses. The company cooperates with large oil and gas producing companies in Russia, near and far abroad countries. The main focus of the company is geological exploration / production (well grid compaction), drilling using mobile units. Representatives in the regions of well construction work: Tyumen, Nizhnevartovsk, Megion.
Over the years of work, OOO "Nafta Drilling Company" About one hundred production wells were constructed, most of them are J-shaped with horizontal ends. To ensure efficiency, the company uses high-performance equipment: fifth- and sixth-class trailer-mounted mobile drilling rigs ZJ-40T and IDEL-270 PS, respectively. The rigs are equipped with modern top drive systems, F-1600 drilling pumps and four-stage drilling mud cleaning systems.
