JSC "OFS Technologies" develops import substitution in Tyumen

The oilfield services company «OFS Technologies», created on the basis of the assets of the American Baker Hughes division in Russia, may increase investments in import substitution of oilfield service equipment by 30% to 6.5 billion rubles by 2027. Vedomosti reported this to a company representative. Key projects should be launched in 2025-2026.

Previously, OFS Technologies planned investments by the specified date at the level of 5 billion rubles (Vedomosti wrote about this on September 21, 2023). The company's updated plans include additional cash injections into new capacities for localizing the production of equipment for the oil industry in the Tyumen region, a company representative explained.
