Financial Times on Schlumberger's presence in Russia

The Financial Times (FT) newspaper writes that in 2023, the company's revenue from operations in Russia amounted to $1.65 billion. According to the newspaper, 9 thousand employees work in Russia. SLB's net assets in Russia, as of the end of 2023, were estimated at $600 million. In July 2023, SLB publicly promised to stop supplying products and technologies to Russia. In March of this year, SLB CEO Olivier Le Peuch said that the company does not intend to leave the Russian market.
