The resignation of Alexey Maslov, member of the board and head of the strategy and investment center at Inter RAO PJSC, has drawn attention to Inter RAO-Machine-Building LLC. The fact is that Maslov oversaw the development of mechanical engineering in the energy holding, in particular, Inter RAO-Machine-Building LLC. It is known that Inter RAO acquired Siemens Energy's stake in Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies LLC. (renamed into LLC "Modern Technologies of Gas Turbines" and LLC "Siemens Energetika Transformatory" (renamed into LLC "Voronezh Transformer"). In addition, the energy holding owns LLC "Russian Gas Turbines" and PJSC "NPO "Elsib".
Ownership of industrial enterprises is carried out through companies from the Netherlands.
