Evgeny Grabchak to Oversee Electric Power Industry at Russian Ministry of Energy

Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Snikkars has been overseeing the electric power industry since 2013. First as the director of the electric power industry development department, and since 2020 as the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. It became known that in September Snikkars is resigning and his functions are being transferred to another deputy minister Evgeny Grabchak. A graduate of the famous Phystech, Evgeny Grabchak, is considered one of the intellectual leaders of the government.
