Bugulma Mechanical Plant of PJSC Tatneft entered the Register of Basic Suppliers of the Fuel and Energy Complex

Bugulminsky Mechanical Plant entered the Register of Basic Suppliers of the Fuel and Energy Complex. In the Oil and Gas Processing section, the company is presented in three groups: Tank Equipment, Air Cooling Units, Heat Exchange Equipment. Bugulma Mechanical Plant of PJSC Tatneft is one of the leading enterprises in the country, specializing in the production of equipment for the oil and gas production, oil and gas refining, petrochemical and energy industries. The plant meets the needs of the oil sector of Tatarstan, Russia and neighboring countries.

BMZ PAO Tatneft is engaged in the manufacture of air coolers, heat exchangers, pipes with internal and external anti-corrosion coating, evaporators, condensers, heaters, refrigerators, separators, filters, chain block drives, pressure combs, tanks for gases and liquids, underground tanks, liquid separators, pressure regulators and PCRS products.

The plant uses the following types of equipment: for manual arc and gas welding, contact welding, manual argon-arc, mechanized and automatic submerged arc welding; anti-corrosion coating application lines "Tyuboscope", "Bandera"; as well as milling, drilling, boring, turning machines, universal and CNC pipe-threading machines and other equipment.

Continuous improvement of technological processes and improvement of product quality, as well as the formation of the corporate image of the enterprise led to the fact that in 1995 BMZ was awarded the international gold star award "ARCH OF EUROPE". In Australia, the plant received the international certificate "ENTERPRISE-2000" and the plant director was recognized as “BUSINESS LEADER-2000”.

As the product range expands, the plant regularly undergoes product certification in accordance with the requirements of MS ISO 9001-2008.
