Pavel Zavalny resigns as Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy

The Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy Pavel Zavalny celebrated his birthday and resigned. 63-year-old Zavalny worked for many years in the Gazprom system and is considered a very wealthy man. He has done a lot for his village of Khotkovo in the Kaluga Region. He is the President of the Russian Billiard Sports Federation.
