Rostechnadzor inspected the facilities of Linde Gas Rus JSC

The Central Directorate of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostechnadzor) identified 30 violations of mandatory requirements in the field of industrial safety, including those posing an immediate threat of harm to life and serious harm to the health of citizens, during the operation of a hazardous production facility В« ;Air separation unit siteВ» JSC В«Linde Gas RusВ» (Moscow region).
It has been established that:
- managers, officials, engineers and technical workers and specialists are not certified in the field of industrial safety;
- there are no passports for air composition monitoring devices (gas analyzers) included in the automatic emergency protection system;
- the industrial safety declaration contains incorrect data on the distribution of hazardous substances;
- technical examination of vessels is not carried out (at least once every 2 years);
- there are transverse cracks in two buffer linings of the dead-end stops for the movement of the crane bridge over the entire area of ​​the linings.
