The STGT company in 2023 increased its production load by more than one and a half times compared to 2022

LLC В«Modern technologies of gas turbinesВ» (STGT) in 2023, in conditions of urgent need for localization of production, we completed more than 30 orders for nine customers. The company manufactured products for high-power gas turbines, fulfilled orders for repairing blades, and carried out major and minor inspections of gas turbines at power plants.

During the year, specialists from the STGT service and maintenance department carried out 26 minor inspections, carried out major inspections of five gas turbines and two generators, and completed a record amount of work on repairing hot path parts in the service center at the enterprise. The development of technologies and expansion of maintenance services for the fleet of existing turbine units continues. Systematic work is being carried out to localize parts and materials for repairing components of the hot part of turbines, including special research on the use of domestic powders for heat-protective coatings of critical parts.

As part of cooperation with JSC В«Power MachinesВ» The company is involved in the manufacture of the high-power gas turbine GTE-170. In 2023, a set of GTE-170 rotor parts was manufactured for the Nizhnekamsk CHPP project, the production of a set for Kashirskaya GRES No. 1 is being completed, and work has begun on an order for Kashirskaya GRES No. 2. Manufacturing of GTE-65 turbine disks is underway.

In September, the government of the Leningrad region, LLC «STGT» and LLC «TSVL» signed an agreement on the construction of a new building for the STGT Service Center with an area of ​​about 10 thousand m², where factory repair processes will be localized.
