First Deputy Prime Minister held a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission for Modernization of the Economy and Innovative Development. The participants discussed the development of the main high-tech areas. We are talking about artificial intelligence, quantum computing and communications, hydrogen energy, modern communication networks. Energy storage systems, a number of major software products, new materials, advanced space systems and services are also being created.
“The government has signed 10 agreements on the development of high-tech areas with the largest companies in the country. From these agreements, detailed roadmaps have been developed, the essence of which is to create specific industrial products, samples ready for replication and mass production. More than 7 billion rubles were allocated to implement roadmaps and fulfill obligations. This will support the development of end-to-end technologies that shape the modern economy and society,” — stressed First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
