Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and Minister of Industry and Information Technology of China Jin Zhuanglong jointly held the eighth meeting of the Subcommittee on Industrial Cooperation of the Russian-Chinese Commission for the preparation of regular meetings of heads of government.

Jin Zhuanglonggraduated from the university with a degree in Aircraft and Cruise Missile Design. Then he studied at the Shanghai Academy of Space Technology. In 1989 he received a master's degree in technical sciences. In 2003 he defended his thesis at Fudan University.
Since 2005 — Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Defense Science, Technology and Defense Industry under the State Council of the People's Republic of China and at the same time Deputy Head of the Working Group on the Large Passenger Aircraft Project.
In 2008, he assumed the position of General Director of Comac Aircraft Corporation.
Since 2017 &mdash ; First Deputy Committee of the CPC Central Committee for the Development of Civil-Military Integration with the rank of Minister of the Central Government.
In 2022, he was approved as the Minister of Industry and Informatization of the People's Republic of China, replacing Xiao Yaqing, against whom the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection initiated investigative measures .
