The product applies to distribution of the flow of the operation environment and that of low shifting in the pipelines, vessels, devices and engineering units, also for installations together with the safety valves on the occasion of the necessity arising when a safety valve must be closed and the other one opened for the petrochemical, chemical, energy, oil-and-gas processing, recovery, transporting and other production facilities and objects under condition of temperate, cold and tropical climate due to GOST 15150.
