Tegas, LLC (Tegas, Limited Liability Company )

Tegas is a manufacturer of nitrogenous plants and compressor equipment. Tegas offers its own lines of nitrogen stations - TGA and MNP (mobile nitrogen plants) and develops individual solutions for application in specific productions of the Customer.

Customer service Tegas operates in Russia and CIS countries, providing repair and maintenance of compressors.

Also Tegas rents out nitrogen and air compressor plants of its own production.

Development of production capacity
- For the period from 2009 up to now the following existing production facilities have been modernized: maintenance overhaul of the existing production shops, paving of the factory area, creation of a covered area with a beam crane to warehouses and so on.
- New shops and rooms, such as paint shop, testing laboratory, production assembly shop of mobile nitrogen and air compressor plants have been constructed and put into operation since 2008 up to 2012/
- Tegas is constantly expanding the existing range of goods and develops new products. In November 2010 the plant produced the first mobile unit of manifolds block TGBM-40M with the station of cement control SKTsS-01 in a single chassis URAL-4320 for oil wells cement injection works. In 2012, booster compressors of the low weight and size characteristics have been developed and utilized in the production: they are lighter and more compact. These compressors are already used for mobile nitrogen and air plants of high pressure.

LLC "Tegas" is the company of the full production cycle. Production capacities of LLC "Tegas" are owned by the Industry Group Tegas, where also LLC “Krasnodar Compressor Plant” belongs.

In the manufacture of compressors LLC "Tegas" performs the full range of operations starting from the very beginning up to the end: the development of compressors, molding, metal processing, mechanical treatment, assembly, delivery and commissioning, maintenance, customer's personnel training at the compressor equipment.

In addition to the development of production, Tegas is expanding its customer service: service centers operate in Novokuznetsk and Surgut, a representative office works in Moscow, it is planned to open a service center in Kazakhstan.
