ARCOR, CJSC (Armature Corporation, CJSC)

The Russian Armature Corporation (ARCOR) CJSC (until 2006 - KP SNABSERVICE CJSC), has been operating successfully on the pipelines’ valves market since 1993. All activities of this enterprise progressing into a powerful holding, since first days of its existence and until now, have been focused on maximal satisfaction of the needs of valves consumers by means of package delivery of these products to the chemical, power-generating, metallurgical, oil and gas, pipeline transportation and housing and public utilities industries. In 2009, ARCOR obtained the license for manufacture of valves for nuclear power stations (Reg. № TsO-12-101-4939, dated July 15, 2009, issued by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision).

The company has the required and sufficient production base, equipment and personnel for valves manufacture according to the necessary range and number of items. In addition, it has a production division able to fulfill any valves repair works, conduct required tests and deliver its products to the customer by means of its own transportation company. Availability of the mobile and flexible production capacities and the team of qualified specialists committed to the common purposes help to solve all problems related to the delivery of new equipment to the manufacturing premises in short time periods.

The Company has ambitious, though real plans.
The key objective for today is not to stop on the achieved point, but to introduce continuous product innovations according with the market requirements.

Product quality is a key focus of valves production and development of new designs. High-quality shutoff, control valves, water shutoff valves are our basic production focuses. All personnel activities at all stages – from engineering to delivery of the products to our customers – meet the requirements of international standard ISO 9001-2000, as the Company’s quality management system has this certificate. In addition, all products manufactured by the Company have compliance certificates, permits for production and use (in production and nuclear energy industries), sanitary and epidemiological certificates for production.

ARCOR is a dynamically developing company which comprises many valve manufacturing plants in Russia and uses the accumulated experience of valves manufacturers along with state-of-the-art scientific and technical achievement.

Production sites – 12,000 square meters (ownership), office rooms - 1800 square meters (ownership), storage premises - 6600 square meters (Moscow Region – lease, Ulianovsk – ownership), transport means, hoisting equipment – 43 units (ownership), machinery and equipment, test benches – 176 units (Moscow Region, Ulianovsk – ownership).
